This hotel was located in a central area short walk to sightseeing and the marina and the fish market and the center of the city. The staff were very amiable and excellent co-operating and took care of me.

The staff here was incredibly friendly, providing complimentary wake-up calls and ironing services; our room even had a bathtub, and they offered a cooktop, kitchenware, and a washing machine if required, which was fantastic!

Busy area, central location just next door to the old town market and old town.

It was near to the shops and restaurants and bars, the center of the city and marine, and the harbour and lots of cafes and bars on the doorstep and supermarkets, good and excellent location overall. Also, I was just a short walk away from Fethiye Marina. The room was well-appointed, huge and had coffee and tea making equipment, flat-screen TV, and a dining area. The beds were big, like a cloud.

The location of S3 King Residence is fantastic, and the free parking is a definite plus. We loved that Coconut Creek Family Fun Park is nearby and had a great time visiting it. Ikea Falegnameria.

I couldn't be happier with the value for money at S3 King Residence. The rooms were clean, modern, and had great amenities like English TV and air conditioning. The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of everything. The staff were always there to help and even went the extra mile to assist with taxis and suggestions. A fantastic experience overall.
Breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.
